Just makes me more angry 😡
FIFA can go jump.
Is there anything about FIFA that should surprise us.
Still, if true surely this will prompt us to take our case to the next level?
Take it to court.
Apparently our whole case was based around the wording in the FIFA regulations linked to the deadline relating to when the Transfer papers were uploaded as opposed to processed and we have irrefutable evidence that this was done within the time frame.
I would love to see FIFA get turned over and it be the first crack in their foundations prior to whole organisation crumbling and falling

This. 100% this.
At risk of being shot down, I can see how these two cases could be different. Essentially FIFA will have allowed the Swiss case because the buying club gave reasonable time to allow the documents to go through, whereas we didn't.
They aren't the same but if this has been allowed then ours should have been without question
In this second case the deadline for uploading of documents was not met because of local connectivity issues.
In the Leicester case, the deadline for 'uploading' of documents was met.
Local connectivity issues in Nigeria, from the selling club. FIFA have made allowances for a poorer club from a poorer nation having issues with their internet. Besides which, who's to say that they didn't start this process a lot earlier in the evening, or even the afternoon? It doesn't say.
FIFA have felt that Zurich gave ample time and respected their practices while we tried to shove this through at the death.
Ps - the appeal they accept is for a club in the same town as....yep, you guessed it; the FIFA headquarters. Funny that eh? Could they be anymore bent.
I get what you are saying but if people are going to preach about '14 seconds being 14 seconds', the same should apply in reverse. 10 days or 10 seconds prior to a deadline it's superfluous.
If it makes y'all fell any better we havent been able to play Drinkwater either
I think he's finished and we knew it, masterstroke by JR to sell a crocked player!
f it makes y'all fell any better we havent been able to play Drinkwater either
Who?
I read this article KTF and was going to post it, but you beat me to it.
If weve got irrefutable evidence that we abibded by their rules, and now our corrupt ' freinds' have allowed another deal to go through late lets take them to court. At least we will get an independant decision,.
In common law, if you appealed against a decision would you expect the appeal to be heard by a judge on his own
appointed by the organisation that you are appealing against?? Particularly when that organisation has such an appalling history of corruptness.
and what a surprise that the Nigerian player involved was being purchased by a club in FIFAs own back yard.
Ooh theyre a bit close best not upset them !
and also it wasnt far to transport the brown envelopes
abd nice watches, and the bank is close by .
One rule for one , one rule for our neighbours.
Take it to court. At least we will find out the truth not just a corrupt organisations versin of events. Knowing our owners they will want to show we arenot going to be bullied by a corrupt organisation, just as we were not bullied over Riyad and Drinky.
Did I give the impression that I think FIFA are coppupt
