This is actually very pleasing. Workmanlike team, scheit creativity, but we keep it tight at the back and score a goal from a set piece. Good to finally break that duck.

We look comfortable and this team gave Liverpool a bloody eye some weeks back. Even Xhaka looks good today and good decision to start Elneny.

Watford not an easy opponent. Played well so far.

Anyone happy with this performance is punch drunk on tedious football. This match looks like 2 very average mid table teams slugging it out. No pace or creativity. How far have we fallen from our great days.

Created very little, but at least kept the team compact and given away little. Xhaka has looked good (unless he had a mare when I was out for 15 mins). Lacazette is playing well despite a team that seems to have little idea how to use early runners in behind. Iwobi is tidy, but as usual needs end product. And needs to make cleverer runs off the ball.

Agree. Not our finest game at all. But I dont care. These kind of games is all about to get the points. You dont get anything for playing brightly.

Oh, and Bellerin continues to do my head in. Far too many square passes and doesn't use his pace enough. Of all our regular starters, no player frustrates me more than him.
