Sky used to have Dempsey on the paper review quite regularly and he always gave a good account of himself, he was/is a Labour leaver which always makes for interesting debate.

Well that's what I'm curious about as it seens like a bit of a slap in the face for them?

I know there's been alot of lefty bias accusations about the BBC in recent years and I wondered if that was a factor?

That said Channel 4 news is hardly right wing.

I find it quite funny that in the middle of an economic crisis most people want politics as entertainment. Its unbelievable that people still can't comprehend that TV celebs like Boris and Trump don't make good policy.

Make or break for Mordaunt in the TV debates... still think Truss will beat her no matter how useless she is

Truss is so bad

Liz playing up on the trans equality issue, you could say that was a good jab to the face on penny from Kermi and Liz but then again there’s probably more anti trans than pro trans in this country especially in the Tory party

So could work out well for penny ironically

Kemimikaze doing a good job of taking chunks out of Liz Truss and Penny Mordant. Feels almost certain she’ll back Rishi Sunak after this #C4LeaderDebate

Whether he's talking sense or not Rishi is by a mile the most polished performer.

Penny is nowhere near as smooth as she was at her launch but her trans views will go down very well with most Tory voters.

Truss looks and sounds rubbish.

Kemi has nothing to lose and is doing well.

Tom seems like a nice enough fella but he's taken over from hunt as the leadership bore.

Rishi by far the best debater.

Also clear they are using this to Bash penny as much as possible

Rishi is excellent and competent which is lacking in the Tory party certainly amongst the big names. I don't doubt they have some excellent MPs who don't have the charisma of a party leader.

Next 1-5 years will be tough for any leader though. He could easily get cheery up and spat out in 12 months

Defo Penny for me she has been brilliant
