How you demarcate what is and isn't social media is impossible. Heck think of YouTube for example and the educational value of it.

Then you have to consider if it is appropriate a government is pushing updates out on a platform like Twitter but on the other hand deeming it unsavoury.

Social media is a tool. It can do good or bad, depending on the wielder.

I complained to them that the provider we use in the offices is taking out direct debits that do not match our electricity statements... It causes chaos when we try to reconcile or report for ESOS/SECR but ofgem said that was a problem for us and them to sort and that was it
