Yeah but he’s flat out arguing against it. It’s not like he’s complicit in his silence - he’s speaking out and explicitly saying it’s not one. Moral cowardice or just pure idiocy? Hard to say.

They were onboard having a party to celebrate winning their court case.

It does seem a coincidence that the 2 main defendents died within days of each other but it would take a massive amount of effort to create a storm big enough to sink that ship.
