You take the top striker out of any club, they would struggle. Silly argument really. Take Messi and Ronaldo out of their respective clubs, with their 50 odd goals each, would make a massive difference to Real and Barca.

What's hilarious to these jealous bitter rival fans is , Harry got injured last season for over a month and our record was still very good. Son stepped up and we won a lot of games without Kane. Obviously we would miss him like any top team would miss a player like that. Take Morata out of Chelsea and look how average they have looked.

Although we’re not exactly rivals in terms of history or geography, it’s nice to see when fans of other clubs can recognise and appreciate what another club does instead of blind loyalty discrediting it.

If we don’t win the league (and I don’t think we will) then I’d certainly like to see City do so. Forget the money spent; when I see a team play the game the way they play it, that’s what resonates with me. Talent, skill, flair allied with hard work and determination. Not this man united anti-football based on signing players who are big, strong and know how to foul.

It’s called the beautiful game for a reason.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with commenting on a season as it's actually happening.

Otherwise, places like this would be dead during the season and only come to life in June/July.

Your comment is a redundant one. What your comment can only possibly achieve is to shut down any conversation at a time when football is being played.

Everyone is aware of what month it is. Everyone is aware of when the prizes are handed out. And more to the point, there is absolutely nothing wrong with giving praise where praise is due. Irrespective of what time of year it is said.
