I suppose with the way football going getting youngsters on in these matches is where it's value lies. Aside from a good day out and some bragging rights it's a pretty damp squib of a trophy. If clubs use it to give youngsters a good run out, then it helps, as long as it doesn't detract from the more valuable competitions.

Well that’s nonsense

Utd drew Chelsea away in the FA cup last season as well as Man City at home in the league cup so I see how you concluded we always get the easy draw.
