Didn`t Spurs just take three points of the Hammers a couple of weeks back. Those three points may be the difference between relegation and staying up at the end of the season.

We did but we even made that closer than it should be. I think there is some truth to there being a psychological effect. We've only beaten them twice convincingly since they got promoted in 2012/13 and they've been mostly mid-table or lower while we've been top 6 or higher.

We'd probably stand a better chance of winning the league without them in it.

What do you think will happen? Do you think two David's simply will walk away by simply folding the Whufc?

Could end up being good news for West Ham, I've always said in inevitable that eventually the London Stadium would be sold to the Hammers. This may speed that up. Once/If that happens the club will be very, very attractive to mega rich buyers, plus we will be able to redesign a bit.

I'm thinking about buying a place in Tottenham. Nothing too fancy. A two up, three down should do the trick

Sanity..................................It could be one solution, however it is more than likely you will have to pay at least £250m for the stadium, in order for the the taxpayer to get a decent ROI.

Any less any I think there could be legal challenges and suggestions of state aided funding.

By the way, redesigning the stadium will be very expensive!! Its configuration is for athletics and that has been the problem all along!
