Bangura's injured mate and unlikely to make it. I guarantee Lenny will go with Sammy upfront on his own.

anton,

i think in a 4-5-1 we would based on the fact brown is out what choice do we have really

micktrick

fair play though, keep hooper fresh for sunday and if we are playing one up front then sammy is man for the job on the counter

No chance?

Forrest Ledders Kayal Ki Commons

With Samaras alone up front.(sad but true)

I think we will play five in the middle and one upfront. The mids will probably be asked to get forward if we can hold the ball up. A lot will depend on who plays upfront, Sammy or Hoops. Also if we tire we can bring on Bangura, who seems to have plenty of running in him.

the celtic way should see althletico win by at least 6 or 7 goals to nil

you will be entertained all right

i like the way you are pretending that celtic play entertaining football in european away matches

never ever happened has it?

posted on 15/9/11

pollocks my opinion is my opinion and when I say I want to be entertained, I mean by celtic.

if everyone is accepting the fate we are going to lose. Id rather lose 5-2 and see us scoring a couple ourselves than getting beat 1 or 2 nil

so you hope celtic can play entertaining football tonight?

never happened before and highly unlikely to start here i would imagine

celtic fans like to pretend to themselves that they somehow play more attacking entertaining football than other teams in scotland but it's not real

We do

Lennon on tonights game, sounds like we might actually go out and attack B-ollocks doesn't it?

"I'm looking for the players to express themselves and show some technical discipline as well. I want us not to shoot ourselves in the foot. I want us not to get beat. We are not going there to defend because I think it is impossible to do that anyway. If you do that, you just invite wave after wave of pressure.

"With the players we have, I don't think it's in their mindset to do that. But I want them to show they are capable of competing at this level.

"We have been very fortunate to get a second chance. For the lads who didn't play so well in Sion, it is a good chance of redemption. It's a Champions League standard group in any other year.

"These are the games we want to play in to develop this team. This is a good chance, as part of their development, to get redemption."

why do we use sammy in only the important matches. far from first choice and no doubt, far from fit due to lack of match practice!

ok, maybe best we have for playing one up front but we also play him with hooper...

cant figure it out!

jeezo a parked bus plays more attacking football than rangers have in the past 4 years...

so to play more attacking football than your lot is a complete given!
