hmm, why is that?

There are plenty out there with better tech. It's slow and transaction fees are growing every day.

Truth is, unless you're a good tecchie and read the documentation, it's hard to know how good it all really is.
I have a friend charging £800 a day who said it is mostly gibberish to him.
at least ripple has a use case though, even if it goes against everything bitcoin was created for after the banking crash.

Yea, i read the whitepaper and see what the team members have done previously.
I've been in tech since 1999 and bitcoin since 2013, so it all interests me alot (and is working out quite well!)
Do any of you Bifinance users link it with a UK bank account?
Be careful with tron...

Hard to tell the facts from fiction... but this is concerning. Was only a matter of time until this sort of thing happened in an unregulated industry.
Any reason for all the crypto's to be nose diving?

doesn't seem to be able to get over the hump does it? goes flying up, then back down, either said of their current mark. Strange.
Binance and a couple of others weren't allowing withdrawals over the weekend, maybe it's linked. Some Korean exchanges have been removed .
It's nothing compared to the drop before Christmas. It'll steady out.

It was proven to all be crap.
It was proven to all be crap.

How so? Someone cashed in 10% of the total coin supply. That is FACT. Only Justin or one of the devs would have that amount.
My advice is to not get emotionally attached to these coins... I jump ship even if there are problems with the wallet... let alone is someone on the teams is selling off their funds.
It's actually scary seeing the divisive nature of people who are emotionally attached to these things... It's like Trump or Brexit...
Those the support will believe anything positive and reject anything negative... and those invested in other coins will believe anything negative and reject anything positive.... Stay detached from the emotion, just read the facts and make up your own mind.

I'm doing just fine, thanks ... My ICX gains are propping up all the others.
Unless you want to buy/sell though, I suggest just switch it all off for the day, forget about it for a while.

What happened with Ripple is that coinmarketplace website decided to remove the south korean exchanges from their stats, as the SK pricing is much higher than elsewhere. When they put the change in place, it showed a big drop in all the prices as the high south korea prices were removed from the average.
All the new guys must have seen this and thought it was a crash, which triggered even more selling and pushed the prices down more.
