There's plenty of scope to improve th eEverton squad in Jan, agree Ronald it's very unbalanced at the moment and lacks pace badly.

Sell a few of them number 10's, buy a half decent striker and put some proper shape onto the pitch and they start winning games.

Difficult to sell them when you just spend 75m+ on Sigurdsson, Klassen and Rooney 6 months ago and none of them have done anything likely to interest other teams.

They are abysmal on the wings as well which needs addressed. Mirallas turns up twice a season, Lennon has lost whatever he had. Vlasic is a headless chicken, Calvert Lewin is a panic merchant and doesn't even look like he has that much potential either.

I think they will finish just above relegation come the end of the season if they sort the wide areas out if not they could easily go down.

It was the start of us going downhill but the guy had us 12th after something like 15 games playing the most boring football I've ever seen. He made awful signings, made ridiculous decisions like dropping Agger because he didn't want to just boot it up the pitch, and not to mention the absolute drivel he'd come out with.

My main issue with Roy was he was a yes man for Hicks and Gillet and was given a job Rafa should never have lost in the first place.

He embodied what was wrong at the club at the time, signed arguably the worst player ever in Konchesky, said a 0-0 draw with Everton was hsitoric and played awful football.

Plus he looks like Theresa May and a Turkey had a baby,

Everton

I think Palace have enough to possibly get out of it.

I think Swansea will go, not sure Clement is all that.

Huddersfield will run out of steam imo and will be dragged into the battle.

I’ve a sneaky feeling WBA will regret sacking Pulis.

Newcastle don’t have a good squad but they do have a good manager so I think they’ll be ok.

Southampton could be a surprise relegation candidate imo. That team lacks any kind of spark. Gabbiadini has done nothing since his double against us in the cup final.

West Ham have enough quality to be ok but their attitude is questionable and is Moyes the right man to motivate them?

Brighton will be fine imo. Hughton is a good manager.

I tipped Bournemouth to go down a few weeks ago but I think they’ve turned it around and they’ve started to find the net again. Should be fine.

Everton. How can selling one player make you look so poor? They bought such average players. They’ve enough to survive but it won’t be a good season.

Burnley won’t sustain what they’re doing but they’re already more than half way to being safe with many tough games behind them.

Leicester. Puel is an uninspiring appointment but they’ll be fine.

Watford are looking good under Silva and Richarlison looks like the find of the season.

So my prediction is Swansea, Huddersfield and West Brom to with Watford 7th if Silva stays.

Not Leicester. They are already 9 points adrift and don’t not like good enough

9 points isn't a great gap at that level of the league. Burnley will have a bad run, Leicester will continue to pick up points. It will soon be closed down.

And you still didn't answer the question as to who you think will finish 7th - although judging by your comments Burnley have secured it already...

Judging by you can’t moments you should stick some cash on Leicester finishing 7th. It would not happen so save your money.

So nailed on 7th.

I say 5-7th will be filled from three of the following.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle, Southampton, Burnley(if Dyche stays)

Relegation looks like West Ham And two others.

Even a team with Rooney in it beat them. I half expected Lukaku to get the 5th it was so easy.

West Ham have to get rid of the Diii ldo brothers and the tramp before they can do anything.

I hope westham go down. Horrible fans and they've never liked us. What they did to the utd bus on their big night was shameful.

Hope they go down and have to play championship football in a half empty souless Olympic stadium.
