Always disappointing to get gubbed but even if we had all our defenders fit and playing at the same time, PSG would still have beat us. Much better to at least try to have a go when we could rather than deliberately inviting their wave after wave of attacks. Thats not football, its willing bumfoockery.

Yup and when we had Hutton, Cueller, Weir and Papc fit was never gonna get any results or even better Lustig, Wilson, Ambrose and Matthews couldnt possibly get a result against Barca ..... No way

The point is - it’s very easy to play good football against shiedt teams who you have a massive financial advantage over.

IE - Warburtons Rangers in Championship / Brendan’s Celtic in Scotland.

No its not Barca had the best players then ..... just the same as PSG have the best players now. Infact you could say that there are more big teams with more money now than there ever was so the players are more spread amongst teams than ever before

It’s not really tho. Yes the fees are getting bigger but the big clubs have always snapped up the best players. The clubs owned by billionaires have been there for years. It’s not a new thing

I'm delighted we don't shut up shop, could improve overall in defending but I'd rather go down fighting than curling into a wee timid ball.

You been watching the same games as everyone else? Celtic are more timid just now especially against the better teams than they ever have been?! the one word that is prob furthest from the truth against these bigger teams when describing celtic is reslilient. defensively its the most timid celtic team i have ever seen

Yup, watching the same game as everyone else.
Defense is our weakest point and has been for years, nothing to do with tactics and everything to do with personnel not being good enough.
