He's easily Watford's best player and he's only going to get better once he's accustomed to the league.

So direct, a joy to watch him running at defenders. I can't see him being there in 2 seasons time.

if anyone seen my FM steam account they would gimme a proper slagging..... on fm2017 i have racked up well over 2000 hours ! oh dear.... haven't bought 18 yet always wait til they iron out the bugs and do all their updates before buying. I disagree i think the current versions are the best. The old ones are far too simplistic for me to go back to.

Not read the article but I am assuming it talks about the low level teams using it as a scouting tool cos this has been the case for years now. might as well to be fair the players are detailed by real scouts who go out and watch the players. They normally hire scouts from the teams in that area.

Aye it's still really buggy at the moment. You bid for players and if a bidding war starts you can't increase your bid some of the times, you can't cancel it either so you need to wait until the window closes before the deal is called off. So if it happens you can lose out on your top target with no chance of starting negotiations again.

Games often end up totally ridiculous scorelines at the moment too. Won 9-6 with Watford v Arsenal the other night

Morelos has ended up fairly decent in it though.

yeah same problems as they normal have to be fair!? why do they always release with the same problems? Stupidly high scoring games, loads of injuries are pretty much the staple of the last 3 FM's on release date.

Morelos ended up pretty effective in the last FM also his overall potential wasnt that high but he rattled the goals in.

I've played it a lot, all the way back to the original version with fake players back in 92.

I stopped playing a while in the mid and late 90s, too busy partying but got back into it around the turn of the century. Just in time for the amazing 2002 version.

I do like the most recent ones. I like the complexity. Although I cannot claim to be play it anything like delboy levels around 500 hours per version (per year) is about average for me.

To be fair i tend to have it on when she is watching her schite on tv.

My biggest problem tho is that you can roll and smoke whilst playing it. OH DEAR !!

Kick off, start rolling and finish it for 60/65 mins and the inevitable subs and then spark it.... Its awesome and terrible at the same time !

Most I’ve done is about 600 hours as far as I’m aware, although I suspect I’d done longer on some of the champ managers as that was when I’d often do 6 hour stints on a Sunday while hungover and watching the sky double header.

Yaya Sanogo on FM11 and Carlos Fierro on 15 are the best strikers I’ve ever had. Sanogo got 100 goals for France in about 80 games and Fierro was the only striker I’ve ever managed to get to beat Clive Allen’s goal record in a season. Finished with 270 in 272 by the time I got the next seasons game.

Played it in the late 90s

Signed Martín Palermo for my Rangers team and he scored goals for fun

Kept telling folk how good a player Martín Palermo was in the game aswell as real life and to look out for him in the Argentine national team and stuff

The khunt then went and got himself into the Guinness book of records for missing 3 penalties in one game ffs
