If someone said to me “rank in terms of credibility

- the kid at school who reckoned his dad was a m15 spy. Based in offerton.
I’d struggle I really would.

I'd go with the kid at school. There's a very slight chance it may be true.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Must be a crap spy if his son knew he was one. Was the dad Johnny English?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No. His cover was blown when he asked his son to fetch him a martini, shaken - not stirred.
Hafi has a valid point today but in time of Ferguson, added time at Old Trafford was called Fergie time due to referees adding extra added time due to them being afraid of Ferguson.
Hafi doesn't have a point, Southampton's timewasting tactics were embarrasing.

Every board should have an official spokesperson.
Hafi is the voice of United as far as I'm concerned.

Nah Vidics Chin takes on more of an “operations” role these days
I just hope Man Utd stop Man City winning run and unbeaten run.
It's not nice seeing City winning with a late late goal but us United fans should surely appreciate a team that keeps going until the end. It's a great quality to have.
Firstly, United were never going to win the league with a squad that is much weaker than both chelsea and city.
Secondly, city may be the annoying team our kid brother cheers on, but they are far from cheats. That is arsenal's official role.
Difference was under SAF he didn't spend £2bn to try to get to a great squad. Imagine the opposition before a game, oh don't worry they are getting there reserve £40m defender out.
Crazy thing is during the Sheikh Mansour ownership Man City most likely spent more than Man Utd did from 1902 to 2013. No wonder players go to Man City, heck Robinho never ever heard of Man City and he was flying to Manchester to sign for them as their record signing.

I just don't get the refs consistency as well. Many 1st halves you have 3 minutes of stoppages and they don't add a second on but 2nd half they add 5. I know it is a minimum but where did they get so much time from.
-----
Lots of subs in second half Haf.
Quite frankly I'm fed up hearing about how much City have spent.
We have enough to spend as well and the reality is that, over the last decade really, we haven't spend it well enough.
We are improving though and while I don't think it'll be enough this season I'm hoping that we'll be back up there now on a regular basis.
Hafi you’re doing a great job in sounding bitter. You can’t say SAF didn’t splash the cash. How much money has Jose spent already? Silly argument.
The 3 most expensive PL signings were Pogba, Lukaku and Di Maria.
Hafi, can you tell me if there's a connection?
Man City spent more than us for most of the years SAF managed. Same for Liverpool and even Arsenal used to outspend us regularly in SAF era. I think in SAF first 12 years in charge Man Utd had a £4m net spend. We spent big in 98 and won the treble.
Man City squad cost more than PSG. Ours is 3rd most
To be honest who cares who spent most.. city went out and brought exactly what they needed while letting deadwood like kolerov, clichy, sagna, zabelata go. They did what they needed to and looks like we didn't do enough to match them, nobody did.
The transfer market is so crazy now that you pay what you have to so you improve the positions you badly need to, unfortunately we have chose the wrong (well mostly wrong) players since Fergie retired.
I say £2bn due to wages. I remember 10 years ago thinking Ronaldo getting £120k a week was a lot but now your average player gets that as a basic wage at clubs like Man City. Heck I checked and it was £122.4k per week http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/2296151/Cristiano-Ronaldo-eighth-best-paid-player.html
Man City spent big when FFP came into place and they were like one of the smallest clubs for revenue. How they dodged FFP was a mystery. PSG doing the same.

If you look at the history of the game, since 1962 United have more than played their fair share in slowly increasing both the wage and transfer fee brackets.
First 100k transfer
First player paid over 50k pw
First player over 30m
Etc etc. I find it laughable that some of their fan base still try to take some sort of moral high ground over the issue.
So they spent tons of money even buying young players. SAF time at Man Utd in Premierleague era his net spend was £228m. Guardiola net spend is already £282.8m. I think SAF net spend was like £230m from 1986.
People confuse breaking transfer records back around SAF era like we're spending tons of money without selling anyone. We were one of the lowest spending clubs in the 90's mainly due to youth players but people use myth of sky money. In the 90s I am sure likes of Newcastle united Man City Liverpool Arsenal Chelsea were outspending us pretty much every year so surely they should have won the league?
