Burton have taken points off some strong sides already this season.picking up on what some of their fans are saying I think they are more surprised than anyone else. Arguably Swindon will be their biggest scalp to date if they do take all three points so I'm sure they
will be right up for our game on Saturday. After our
pick up in form and the away win at Crawley on
Tuesday night, Paolo, the team and the fans will be looking to continue the winning run so it's all set up nicely for an attacking game. A draw for us away is still acceptable at this stage of the season as i still think it will take a few more games to be firing on all cylinders. I would
imagine Burton wouldn't be too disappointed with a point this weekend either.
A win would be brilliant it would put us right at the top of the league. Burton been playing well, their manager said they played one of the best games hes seem them play agaisnt Crewe. Would love a win to keep the form going but just cannot read it.
Know what you mean x think Burton can go third with three points so they don't need anymore incentive than that. You know what your up against with most sides due to past games etc but Im pretty sure Paolo will get the lads up for Burton as much as anyone else we have/will play. Can we now prove we can be consistent with four on the trot ?
Well back to the Swindon we know, need to start punishing sides when we are on top and get our noses in front more often. Think Burton have scored first in most of their matches and it's something we need to do more. The 2nd goal really was the killer blow although plenty of time still remained to get back into the game. Some of our support was shocking and was totally needless, abusing Lanzano and berating some players was pointless and is something the club could do without. Had a good weekend in Nottingham although I was disappointed Forest fans were absolutely gutted about losing to Derby, still confident that we will have a successful season but with that we will still have to accept the downs along the way. Difficult decision for Paolo to make with Lanzano as we found out last season confidence in keepers is key so will he give him a chance to redeem his mistake with another start of will he bring Smith back in to prove he doesn't accept needless mistakes.
