Still spent close to £200M on full backs

Delph 😂 will probably gone after City spend £50M in January on a replacement for Mendy
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just a lazy comment though isn’t it.

“City have spent 200m on FBs so should be where they are”

Sigh

He really should have been holding up a billion quid sign instead, the difference in money spent between the 2 clubs. There really is very little kudos in what $ity are doing, quite pathetic really, they have just bought what they are doing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

For all your self-righteous posturing, your club's transfer and spending policy has achieved literally nothing.

At least they put the pressure on eh!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our spending policy is fantastic!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is if your ambitions only stretch to being Net Spend Champions every year.

Do you honestly believe Spurs can keep hold of their top players with the current wage structure that's in place?

Ambition will always trump loyalty.

They could be born on The Shelf and the promise of Silverware, whilst earning more money, will always be a more attractive proposition than wasting a career at an eternal also-ran

It isn’t really lazy, it’s true.

What other team spends £45m on a bench warmer?

Also with regards to an earlier comment, KDB isn’t far off Messi/Ronaldo level. It wasn’t an outrageous comment.

Who are the 200m FBs then?

Who is the 45m benchwarmer?

And why does spending 50m on a FB, who hasn’t really even contributed in terms of playing time because he’s been injured mean City should be where they are because of what they’ve spent?

It’s called living within your means and being run as a proper club your deluded glory hunting plastic.

Plastic? Ha Ha Ha.

You know nothing about me.

Last time I checked City made a profit.

You keep living within 'your' means and enjoy putting the pressure on.

One of the biggest differences between last seasons draw and this seasons demolition was that Walker was playing for us this time. Whilst Kane may stay as he's "one of your own" I think dirty alli and rose will be the next to depart

I don’t care enough to be bitter.

You’re from the North, completely off my radar. I’m only interested in what the London clubs are doing.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hence the unnecessary response

Surely that doesn’t take much of your time though, what the London clubs are doing can be summarised by the phrase “jack shizzle”
