Totally agree Wethers. Saturdays result was huge for us. Will hopefully breathe a bit of life into us and give us extra belief that we can pick up some occasional away points.

As it stands, I think we have more than a fair chance of staying up.

My predictions

Southampton A. Town win
Stoke H Town win
Burnley H. Draw
Leicester A Lose
West ham H. Town win
Stoke A. Lose

So i make it 10 points too wethers putting us on 31 points and realistically needing 5/6 more points to reach safety

We are only going to get better now and saturdays win and current points haul will spur the lads on imo and we may even better the poinrs haul from the first half of the season

Theres quite a few crisis clubs now slipping in the wrong direction...WBA and Stoke or Brighton are my favourites to join Swansea in the bottom 3

January window too... Optimistic... Yes... I think we can get 10 points too I do... Waltz, I'll swap the Southampton win for a draw... We'll beat Burnley...

Yes January. Crucial buys expected - needed
But will we ?
The six games mentioned.

Southampton... D 1pt.
Stoke C......... W 3.... 4pts
Burnley.......... D 1.... 5
Leicester C...... L 0.... 5
West Ham....... D 1.... 6
Stoke (A)........ D 1.... 7

On a personal level, I'd like to think that the win (away too) on Saturday will have given our Lads a massive confidence boost, & make them eager to really have a go at teams, where by up to now, either by instructions from the bench, or hesitancy on the players outlooks have 'held back' a little.

A prime example, Holding West Ham away from home right into the 73rd minute only to go behind to the most wicked deflection you'll see all season..
Playing with the intent we showed Saturday, We could well have had all three points from that game.

Looking forward to Saturdays game on the South coast, We are neck & neck in the standings, a real '6 pointer' this one. And a win will certainly put us in the top section, of 'Part II' of the Premier league

Not as many wins as Walts predictions,
But 1 defeat Less

I think we should go into each game full of belief and with a will to win. We’ve shown what we can do when we take the game to the opposition. To some extent I can understand a bit more reticence against the top 6 but as to everyone else we should fear no-one and just go for it.

That’s my rallying cry for the day

Ten points? Full of belief after beating Watford? We beat Brighton and thought we’d have belief and confidence against Chelsea, we know what happened there!

Bah...humbug!

...only joking!

There’s no reason why we don’t go into any of those fixtures expecting wins. Season almost half way through, who is there to fear?

I’ll post the January match thread fixtures very shortly!

UTT! ⚽️

Wells is a Championship player at best, he’d probably do well at Villa...in League One.

Wells tried to hold HTFC to ransom, but it seriously back fired!
😂👍

Wells in the premier league would be a joke...depoitre is like a marksman,he scores nearly every chance he gets...nahki was able to miss 2 penalties in the same game
