That’s true, he didn’t get a look in then. Shame really. For a club struggling for goals, I would explore all options unless he has been frozen out for non footballing reasons.

I would imagine all his staff would have gone. Steve Sutton is about still so I’m sure he would step back into the breach, although he was quite amusing on RN match commentary duties at PNE the other week.

He is still there, we have five coaches in total including the Academy keeper coach who looks about 19. What a f'king mess, now I see why the Greek is mates with Fawaz; they're both Princes Of Chaos.

Im clinging to the hope that he has managed to make Olympiacos successful so has half an idea. He has put his cards on the table now though. He has gone down the Al Hasawi line of a quick sacking and must now accept that the fans will demand more immediate results and success than they were probably expecting a few weeks ago. I hope they are up to the challenge as they will now open themselves up to criticism that I don’t think would have been forthcoming had they accepted that this season was one of rebuilding.

Anyway, all that matters today is that everyone is on board with Brazil, who deserves great credit for the service he has given to the club. Yet again he is having to dig them out.
