If Ideguchi was like Kante, he'd of signed for a top club already. Idiotic comparison by the paper and expert.
I'll be happy if LUFC signed Ideguchi because he can improve our midfield, regardless of him looking like Kante or bloody Marilyn Monroe.
And...not having a go at you Kernow

Kante was in the French second division a couple of years before Leicester signed him. They paid 600k for him. When asked what sort of player does he remind you of, are you supposed to name some unheard of third division player? No.
Same with Vardy, Shaun. Leicester picked him up for
a mill (?) right? Non-league. An absolute unknown. Some pundits scratched their heads. Then, he was unleashed. What if Leicester said "He reminds us of
Lineker with more pace." People would laughed their
rears off.

Matey I know I am just playing devils advocate. Jurnos are the scourge & at this time of year it is open season for them.
Many many many clubs look at players & do not take the punt for various reasons. It is not that hard being a scout or what ever there are only so many countries in the world who have footballing as their sport. Then there are only so many teams in each league & so many players in each team so unless the up coming are hidden away most decent clubs know every player there is. It is who is prepared to take the punt & you can only take so many punts unless you are Chelsea who buy tonnes & sell tonnes & make tonnes. But they do let a few get through the net ie De Robin, Brynne, Lukaku & Salah of recent times.
We can all say well look at Vardy for a million, but fore every Vardy there ten who end up being garbage.
No point comparing to any player, he could become good or be complete rubbish.
It’s just a wait and see
Can never get express links to work. Mind you it's a newspaper I would resent buying if it was all that was available to wipe my rse on.
You missed the point LIW.
The not so good report wasn't actually at all negative haha....so I'm still quite hopeful
Not missed the point at all mate.
All am saying his every player is different.
Comparing them to good or rubbish player is nonsense
Only the future will tell us how good a player he is

I don't understand where you get him playing for us asap from, since that article suggests he would still be going out on loan to Leonesa.

oh good, that one wouldn't come up for me.
It's annoying that he's going to the team that are 17th in the Spanish second division. Then again, that's where we found Saiz. Would have preferred him going to a side that's winning.

gotta see positives in this.
see if he can force his way into their first team - if the manager feels he has the mentality to fight.
whether they can start climbing the league with his addition?
if he cant get near the team, then you obviously would begin to worry....
Do you reckon we are going to send Bouy out on loan somewhere else? Surely he isn't going to be in the first team, and he is too old to be a development squad player. Surely someone in the lower leagues would take a risk on him.
just said on other thread but will say here too.
we have signed yuta toyokawa japanese 2nd tier striker and sent him on loan to euspen.
this could get silly very quickly.
was happy with ideguchi, but this guys a japaense ousamin buoy
0 caps. wont be playing for japan anytime soon, so wont be playing for us anytime soon.
turning into a japanese human traficking ring
He's 23 as well, so it does seem like a strange signing on our part.
i was cool with ideguchi - i see the logic.
this is messed up though, a guy with 0 japan caps, wont ever play for us.
literally just being farmed in and out. if the club carries on with more of these some serious explaining will be needed.

The Yorkshire Evening Post state on their website that having officially confirmed a deal for the 20-year-old Japanese international via their official Twitter account and website, they expect no problems in securing the official documentation required in order for him to play in England

well they are wrong
This other signing is a ridiculous one if true
Weird signing. Gone straight on loan to KAS Eupen- another Aspire owned club.
Call me a cynic but I don't like these links with Aspire. Dodgy as hell. Bouy and Toyokawa will not be successful players at Leeds and there is no logic to signing them.
