I legit don't understand the popularity of this mediocre show. First season was okayish, but the last 2 seasons have been abject. Jodie Comer's acting performance is just about the only good thing about it. I'm done with it.

I admire your staying power to go 3 series deep of an okayish to mediocre show.

I only watch it because of my adulation of Jodie Comer.

Cos I thought the season 1 was promising. A 7/10. Season 2 was a letdown, but I hoped season 3 could redeem itself somewhat. It helps that they're short 8-episode seasons with 40-minute runtimes for each episode, so was easy to binge-watch (piece of cake compared to when I once binged an entire 24-episode season of "24" within a 24 hour period). Also helps that curiosity usually gets the better of me once I've invested a full season in any series. The 3rd season is where I usually decide if a series I've invested time in is worth continuing. Bit like how I loved the first season of Westworld and disliked the convoluted 2nd season. I'm about to binge-watch the 3rd season of it and I certainly won't be tuning in again if it's another disappointment.

She's pretty facking awesome. A force of nature. The show is not worth a minute of anyone's time without her - despite the best efforts of Fiona Shaw or Sandra Oh who are good actresses.
