Good to see us having an injury free and easy game to get ourselves up and running after the break.

The break has done us a world of good. We look frightening yesterday and will definitely kick on now the good times are back.

I’d be extremely concerned if we hadn’t disposed of Brechin easily yesterday. I wouldn’t read much into it. They shot themselves in the foot and were beaten after 20 minutes.

Yeah. You definitely want to have a good 90 mins warm-up game, preferably against lower-league opponents, before returning to league action mid-week.

I know your OP is tongue in cheek, but most Celtic fans would admit that our defence is vulnerable and that Aberdeen, Rangers and even Brechin had decent chances to score recently.

That said, it was interesting to note in that report I posted yesterday, that our goals conceded per league match is actually slightly better than last season so far
