Shape of water 2/10, boring an largely uninteresting. If that thing had killed my pet like it did to the old guys, I’d have chopped it’s head off and had a fish stew with it.

The Favourite was great. Just a very entertaining and witty film. Dark in tone as well. All the actresses AND Nicolas Holt were fantastic. Really didn't have a single complaint about it. I need to go back and watch the directors others films.

Have any of you seen The Lobster or The Killing of a Sacred Deer? What are your thoughts on those?

Event horizon 7/10

Not really watched many sci do flicks but this was a good one. Overly creepy at times though.

I enjoyed the lobster.

It’s absolutely ridiculous, but that’s the point

Night school > 6/10

Typical Kevin Hart film. Some laugh out loud moments

Gone Baby Gone - 7.5/10.

Criminal that it's taken me this long to watch it, but I thought it was overrated. In saying that, it's a very good film, but my expectations were prematurely high due to a 94% rating on rotten tomatoes.

That's not typical for Kevin Hart then

The Meg

4/10

Commendable that they could make a movie that was neither scary, thrilling, humorous, cheesy or tongue in cheek enjoyable.

Missed the mark on every level
