Yeah I remember when Fabregas could literally play out of anywhere and pick a pass out a pass even if he had 3 players surrounding him and he was 30 yards in his own half facing his own goal. Even Cazorla in tight situations was great.

Wlshere hasn't been the same but he can play in tight spots. Xhaka and Elneny are way below

I don't think anyone is bar maybe Silva and Hazard in this league

Aubemyang would make difference look how far up the field Chelsea are with that threat in behind they would be dropping deeper. Granted other players need replacing I really cant see what Xhaka's role is in this team he just jogs about.

Xhaka is a decent enough player to have against team who sit deep but he offers even less than Iwobi in matches like this

Lacazette can be a threat on behind, we just never bother to play the ball. We did the same with walcott
