I feel the only way of keeping him here is to play the kind of football he likes. Bring in Mahrez and similar players and play good attacking football, stop playing turgid slow defensive rubbish.

He’s too good for this current Chelsea. No offence.

The problem is that there is a philosophy pretty engrained into the club for defensive football. Our season last year had some brilliant attacking displays, but lets not kid ourselves that it was based around going forward.

Happy to let our used up players go to united but if we let Hazard go there.

I know you were probably wumming but think he'd have a similar problem in your side as he does in hours. If he does have to leave I would want him to go to Real, would be great to watch in their system.

I would prefer Hazard at Barca. I think he would suit them a lot better than Madrid

Our attack has been too reliant on Hazard since Mata left, although it wasn’t as bad last season. Most of the top teams have at least a couple of creative attacking players - we only have Hazard. Fabregas plays a decent amount, but he struggles against a lot of midfields in the league and doesn’t always have a big impact.

Well at the moment Madrid are even worse than us.

Not even for £30!

Brummie, your team has been much more boring to watch than ours. I doubt he'll come to us and doubt you'll sell. But then again we never thought we'll get RVP or Sanchez. And Hazard is a mercenary. So can never say never.

I think it's more likely than not that he will up sticks...& to be honest we should be grateful for the time we've had with him in the side...

quite how we replace him is yet to become clear

Despite not knowing the figures involved, it is of course the logical conclusion that Sanchez chose United over City simply for the money.
