That was a performance that said F.U from a few in Red tonight. Chuck them in the Trent!
Thank God that's over total rubbish.
At least 5 years of stagnation. 3 years of the same poor defence. I don’t care if we go to league 1 if that’s what it takes to force a proper clear out of the garbage.
Some comfortable contracts that the club probably can’t get out of means some lackadaisical players who drag the rest down.
Release the crockery, Aitor!

We have some utter sh*t at our club. Hope AK has got his hatchet at the ready. Too many have coasted for too long. Important day tomorrow! Serious movement or we are in real trouble.

No manager has been given the requisite amount of time to sort the slackers out.
Shameful display by the sound of it. Sadly there has been far to many. Lets hope the new centre back has more about him.
I'd rather play Iacovitti. He can't be any worse than Fox
Complete waste of an evening.
No leadership.
No physicality.
Completely predictable.
Goal against run of play.
Heads done.
Brushed out of the game.
Manc is supposed to be a captain. Well he’s not leading by example, and he didn’t say a word over the 90 so how on earth does he have the armband?
McKay gave a perfect performance highlighting his complete inability at this level.
Only Worral can hold his head high. So could Cash if he he didn’t harshly fade in the second half
Cheers Paul.

👹
Well that was absolute garbage - again. As bad as it was twelve months ago.
I can't get my head round how someone who is supposed to be a professional footballer and has been coached five days a week for ten or fifteen years still can't trap a ball, or pass to a team mate or mark an opponent.
In Psycho's autobiography he said that every time he went out on the pitch he was playing to keep his shirt in the next game. Tonight maybe Smith, Worrall, and Cash were the only ones who deserved to keep theirs.
Saturday I'd have Mills, Iacovitti, Lichaj, Figuieredo, Bridcutt, Ariyibi, and Clough in the squad, and anyone we can sign tomorrow. We'll probably lose whoever starts the game so why not.
All we ask as fans is that anyone who plays in the Garibaldi shirt shows some pride in his ability and gives 100%. That was lacking all over the pitch tonight.
What is with the players? To go from playing against Wolves where they all put a shift in to effectively giving up against Hull and Preston.
There has to be a point where you have to look at the players and their mentality as changing the manager every two minutes is obviously not the cause.
Maybe we do need a complete overhaul in the summer where only those who put a 7/10 performance in each week stay and the rest go to be replaced.
We have players who can do it; they proved that against Wolves and Arsenal but they need to do it a lot more often. My worry is that whoever we sign over the next two windows, no matter how good they are, they will be infected by the couldn't-care-less attitude that is endemic in this squad and has been for some time. After the match Steve Hodge suggested we had an unhappy dressing room, which is not hard to believe. In fact I would go further than that and say it could be toxic. Not in a malicious way but in the way that players adopt a culture where sending fans home happy doesn't matter; just jogging around in training and in matches is ok; if you don't feel like putting in a shift or if it requires too much effort then don't bother you'll still get tens of thousands of pounds at the end of the month.
The manager and his coaches need to bring a better attitude to the squad otherwise signing players will just be a waste of money.
Well, you lucky bunch, most of you have woken up being able to hopefully partly forget yesterday's tripe. For me, it's the same day!!!
All this talk of an overhaul is pie in the sky. These players are on contracts that mean nothing to them most of the time but their agents will hold the club to every word should the pkayer’s commitment be questioned. When you get a group of lame and lazy players together it infects the squad. Hodge intimated that there are problems in the drsssing room and Karanka has also talked of wanting players that want to be there.
The question is, how committed are the owners? Haven’t been seen at the CG since they brought the club. How much are they prepared to really put in the work to turn the place around? The need to really get a grip of the playing staff is vitally important but if this doesn’t come from the top, nothing will change and we’ll be having the same conversation this time next season.
I suspect that the Greeks might give it another year and then sell if there is no significant improvement and like many clubs throughout the years, the club will be flogged on through several different pairs of owners and that could lead who knows where?...
Will, I am not too worried about the owners at the moment. I do think he may have bought the club partly as a favour to Fawaz. His first love is obviously Olympiacos, and I have no doubt he will sell the club at some time in the near future hopefully after promotion and for big bucks to a group of big spenders. He may also be prevented from leaving the country for legal reasons!
Off the pitch there is no doubt in my mind the club is being run much better and is more stable than it has been for five years or more. No more winding up orders; wages are paid on time; and businesses are glad to have our custom and offer us credit.
I fear its come to late in this transfer window to do much about some of the heartless and spineless players we have.
