Need some more pace and directness wide, would be tempted to actually just play Chambers or someone more defensive at right back and play Bellerin wide right. Teams have so much time to organise when players like Iwobi and Elneny have the ball in the final third.

It's called character & discipline when things aren't going your way - Wenger's teams (players he buys and philosophy he instills) don't have it - they don't have a defence either but that's just part of the whole.

Lacazette has no presence up front and considering we have no attacking coming from the flanks or in the middle I just don't see him improving

Utter BS. He is probably the only one who actually impacts games from the bench

Lacazette has looked very weak and slow with no poaching nous and no heading ability and no ability to reliably interlink around the box - add the fact that currently he is not even clinical in front of goal and on merit he doesn't even deserve to make the squad let alone the bench at the moment

Auba is a billion times better than Iwobi and Mhki is better than Ramsey, so that can only help.

I'm hoping they both give us a bit more directness going forward and create more for Laca.

When we are on top perhaps, but in a game where we are on the ropes and need the tide turned in our favour giroud is as useful as a handbrake on a canoe

All i care about now to be honest is turning this form around in the Europa to be honest. We've got to go all out for it.

Godfather is generally a bit of a clueless mug, but in this instance, I don't see how he's at all wrong. Whilst he may not be the root cause of our issues (anyone who doesn't realise it's Wenger by now is an idiot) when has Giroud ever come off the bench to rescue or save the team when they're struggling? giroud's best work is always done from a position of power and rarely these days are we ever in that position hence his usefulness, under Wenger at least, has probably run its course. We are dreadful.

Hey we get Aubameyang. He is faster. He will rescue us. Oh wait.....we thought that of Lacacette as well. He will score 30 goals a season because Giroud is not good enough. He proved that in 4 years.

Dont know about you but I prefer the times where we at least compete about top 4 with Giroud upfront.

Mate you have genuinely lost the plot. Aubameyang is a top class striker, Giroud isn't. It doesn't matter about speed or whatever other nonsense you're spouting. He is simply put a better footballer and will score more goals
