Hard to say. I'd say you're about the same. The key areas you didn't fix are CBs, LB/LWB and DM.
Ozil signed new contract until 2021.

Stronger up front but no change in MF and defence.
So stronger. I was fed up with the Sanchez saga so him going has finally ended that. Also Ozil signs anew deal which is great, him setting up Auba should be good to watch. Just need to make sure we score more than we let in with our weaknesses in MF and defence.
We're obviously stronger in attack. Uncertainty around Ozil is going. We've got in a top forward to replace a top forward. Mkhitaryan might turn it on, who knows.
But like many have pointed out, the real issues lie with DM, CB and GK. Oh and all of this points to a new manager. So all in all i think we're the same.
i'd put your tallywhackers away just yet guys, like i said on another post, depends how Aubameyang takes to the PL.
Mkhitaryan, Kagawa, Sahin have all come from Dortmund and failed to adjust to the PL
Goetze left Dortmund and couldnt adjust to Bayern either.
only Lewandowski has had any success after leaving them so will be interesting to see what happens with Aubameyang

Kolasinac, Monreal and Maitland-Niles aren't decent LBs / LWBs...?
maitland-Niles has a future. But what's happened to Kolasinac? Don't hear much aout him. And I hadn't read that far tbh.
Either way all your defenders are flaky. Bellerin is either class or anonymous.
Shame we still have Xhaka though. Can't stand him, nearly hate him as much as I hated Denilson.
Time will tell with Aubameyang, but it's hard to replace world class players.
Look at what Suarez did for Liverpool.
I think losing Sanchez makes you weaker - though it's fair to say that given the circumstance, you have come out of it as best you can.
We will never mount to nothing with this manager.
While Monreal has been good this season, I think he could be upgraded on. The others are OK or for the future. Again, could be upgraded on.
Kolasinac is a good player but I fear he is the new Lucas, a player the fans liked but Wenger didnt want around. I think AMN will move to midfield although he doesnt look quite ready for that role yet to me.I've noticed a few times he has been in the niddle of the pitch and looked a bit overwhelmed by having to think about what was happening in every direction. Its just a mater of time and experience though.

----------------------------------------------------------------------Agreed on the right side. Without Debuchy, assuming he leaves, we're left with Bellerin and...? An RB return for Chambers? AM-N playing there too? A Jenkinson recall?
All very unconvincing options.
I think that the areas for focus (obviously not now, there's not much we can do in the 8 hours till 11pm) would be:
GK (for now swap Ospina and Cech or bring Martinez back)
DM (for now fine Xhaka for every goal conceded because of him... then replace in the summer).
Stronger
Coq and walcott never played. Sanchez is a great player but has been poor this season and I doubt he was a particularly positive influence in the dressing room given he was always leaving.
Would be a perfect window if we just sold Denilson's long lost twin - Xhaka.
Stronger if we sold Xhaka
Evidently we are stronger. Give us a CB and we'll be significantly stronger.
What a signing. He will score for fun...Ozil signing a new deal. The transfer window for Arsenal has gone from one extreme to the next. Today's Arsenal fantv will be rubbish then

Are we stronger or weaker this window?

Difficult to say since there seems to be a lack of leadership and direction with this club!
