I don't agree, he needs to be kept on his toes & he knows the score / the contract he signed.

We should be sitting down with him now about a one year extension to next summer, I think. Consistency is the key.

A poor performance today and defeat will cause fans to want him out. I want him to stay but performances have been poor since December

So we want another manager out after 5 months, a squad largely given to them, wracked with injuries & suspensions & let’s start all over again.

in this day and age long term contracts are for the elite. TC hasn't shown that he deserves one but with the circumstances around leeds he should get another year.
if not whos going to come in and start the merry go round once more. stability is what we need and a years experience has to help for both management and owner.

We can all hypothesise until we are blue in the face about where we would be if it wasn't for injuries/suspensions.
With the exception of a fit Ayling, I cannot see where we would have prevented the losses that sees us currently in 10th.
I suppose you could argue that Lasogga hasn't really been 100% but I really do not think we play to his strengths and tactics is one of the things a coach should be working on.
Nice guy as TC undoubtedly is, I really do not see him as a manager/coach that will be with us long term.
For me he hasn't shown the tactical nous to change outcomes in games and we are now going through a long drought of not winning, not for the first time.
He hasn't done enough to warrant a new contract in my view.

Not for me, we started the season amazingly well, teams then found us out, we had / have (like last season) no plan B. It's the having a plan B which makes Plan A even more dangerous. I just don't get why we don't have another system in our back pocket to revert to during a game, annoys the hell out of me.

You've done it now Don asking for crazy things like stability and foundations for the future, some folk will be incandescent at the thought of having same manager for a whole season.
