We need some one who can instill discipline.
I like TC, but, he's obviously not getting through
to the team.
LIW. Cardiff were nasty and aggressive today and when I last checked were 10 points better than us ,and have taken 6 from us this season...just saying !!

So what happened when Cardiff’s manager was our manager then? That theory is flawed.
They’ve got better players than us
We’ve not got enough good players, that’s why we are struggling.
Having a manager shouting and been nasty will not help these players
Berardi was unlucky to get sent off today. Saiz and Okane werer stupid. Cooper was unfortunate but lacked malice.
Suggesting we lack discipline and blaming TC for these are both distinctly flawed concept.
Nigel Pearson or the Brentford manager would be a good fit in my opinion but unless they are allowed to pick the players they want the club to sign I fear we are set for more misery next season. This director of football nonsense choosing the players is crazy and I am very depressed about Leeds future as I feel we are destined to stay in this league for a long long time
unless Radz changes his philosophy.
Nigel Pearson? No thanks.

.....and we would have a nice team ?
Nice team, we don't finish with eleven every week lol
We defended badly at key points today but I didn't walk away thinking we were outplayed. Those lamenting lassogga being taken off must have been watching a different game to me. He is utterly abysmal and didn't help us one jot today. They were able to play a high line because he can't hold up a ball and has no pace threat behind. He bloody ducks when he should challenge for a header. He stuffed the whole system today with his efforts.

The fact the crowd sang to TC "You dont know what your doing" tells you the majority were bemused by the substitution. We were on top and looking like we might nick a second. After Lasogga went off the game was dead and buried.
I agree we need a manager with b@lls, but how do those players of ours live with themselves? Do they sit and dwell on their pitiful performances when they get back home – or do they just break open the bubbly and count the stash of cash that comes from the hard-earned pockets of the fans.
LIW is absolutely right that this idea of a manager having to be visibly agressive is absolutely ridiculous. We had Warnock and Evans, and neither worked for us. We had McDermott, who was a nice guy and very clever, and he didn't work either.
Leeds managers need to be someone who is willing to grow a team and a system. Review did it. Wilkinson did it.
I like TC, and think he is a young manager with potential, but I don't think we have a style atm. That is our big issue. This may come dur to a lack of available players, but we don't play to the strengths of our attackers or defenders and we have to. Pontus isn't clever enough to play it out of the back every time. Lasogga may be a big man, but he doesn't want balls in the air.
This is his biggest criticism for me. If he goes, and he might, though I personally hopenot, as the name suggests, then I would want to see Mick McCarthy in. A proven manager with nouse to his game. Knows how to get the best out of a limited group of players. He's a Leeds fan from a young age, and is willing to work on a budget.
I kn ow some don't like his style, but he has been keeping Ipswich ticking over on a shoestring for years, and he did well with Wolves, too. At least his style is better than not having one at all, which is where we are atm.
I would be happy with Big Mick and I think he would get a lot more out of our squad and utilise the likes of Anita more and not be afraid to promote some of the U23s other than Grot.

Warnock and Evans are hoofball merchants. Colin only knows how to kick and bruise his way around a pitch. Add to that they're both football dinosaurs.
Mick McCarthy is another dinosaur who lies somewhere in-between Colin and Evans. All three are sh 1 Te.
Colin might go up this season, but I doubt it. And if he
did, his brand of sh 1 Teball would last one season.
Then straight back down.
I'm asking and so are others, for a manager who can instill discipline to stay on the pitch and do your job within a structured concept that works.
TC can't. Nice bloke though.

Interesting choice, when you think what he did with Leicester - or was that Craig Shakespeare who led the recovery there, when they were all but relegated? However, their players were much better than their league position.
Pearson is now in the Belgian second division, but I bet he would be the first to apply for TC's job...and the first to sort out Orta.
I'd forgotten all about why he was fired from Leicester. Sounds like our kind of leader. Better than Poyet's 'David Hockney' moment at Crystal Palace.

I go back to this story a lot, don Revie interview saying if he were told n charge of Halifax All he could do is get players fit and organised.
You can’t mske bad players good players or good players great players.
You need good players and we’ve not been giving them to the manager.
Oops, I meant Poyet's 'Jackson Pollock' moment.
Pearson is just an odious human being. Flopped badly at Derby, who had a better squad than ours.
Anyway, TC is our manager atm and I think it's disrespectful to discuss other people for the job whilst he is still with us.
I'm with Lubo on this
PLUS .. having just watched LUTV " extended highlights" of the match, we weren't total scheidt, but we were, as usual, unlucky
La Soggyarsa exceeded my ( very low ) expectations, cracking shot that brought a fine save, good ball to put Dallas in with a ( wasted) chance, even the header onto the bar wasn't as bad as Thom 'n' Eddie made it sound. However, he is generally slow and lumbering and we can't afford to play a striker who needs everything served up on a plate, not unless they're truly lethal, Dalglish quality types, which he certainly ain't.
