Weird venue. At least we won't have to watch it at stupid o'clock here.
Watching AJ's recent interview I do wonder how much he really learned from this loss. Still looked a bit rattled to me and unsure of why he lost even if he was putting on a brave face.
Even if AJ does beat Ruiz in December I'm not convinced he'll be able to keep those belts much longer with the likes of Wilder, Fury, Whyte (if he can fight again) and even Usyk introducing himself to the division. Everyone wants a piece of AJ and he'll have to fight those guys.
pictures ive seen of him if real shows aj has dropped a heck of a lot of muscle, wonder how that plays out, looks about stone and half/2stone lighter, I know we are a bit away from fight night but cant see him putting all that back on by december

much needed too... far too much muscle on him, looks great for the beach, but pro boxing is much more than how big your biceps are

Imo he needs to get back to the weight & physique of the Love fight, he was quick and mobile but carried his power.

Huge step up for Yarde who’s only really fought plumbers and builders

Yarde with the worst walk-in music ever
Yarde can do it, let's get an upset

He’s trainer is a mug, gunna turn him into Eubanks no 2
Doesn’t even do sparring
looks like canelo v Kov later this year
kov is a fair bit bigger than canelo
6ft vs 5ft 8
canelo moving up from middle to light heavy...not even bothering with super middle
usually canelo has the weight and strength advantage against his opponents at middle
he'll be the smaller man by a distance against Kov

Dont think kov has ever fought anything other than cruiser has he? dont see how he comes down to a catchweught especially at his age,
Anyone giving Campbell a chance?

WBC fair play, result overturned and no contest 15 mins after the fight
Edwards was looking like losing and writing was on the wall but the decision is not even debatable that punch was so late when he was down and that finished it
Fair play to Suliman

Apparently this is fixed for fury to win in round 2
All rounds fury to win are 33/1 - 40/1 except round 2 is 6/1
Been backed from 66/1 into 6/1
95% of all bets on fury round 2
8k out of 10k matched on betfair round 2 Hughie
Hughie is pretty crap and has no power so can’t see it but Povetkin is old so if Hughie does lay it on him he could do it
Edwards getting a VAR decision
