Team for tonight:-
Ruddy
Bennett
Coady
Boly
Doherty
Neves
Saiss
Douglas
Cavaleiro
Bonatini
Jota
Thoughts?
It won't be far off as the two changes you make are the most obvious should changes be made and I think Saiss is the most likely introduction though I would do that tonight and would leave Alf in as Saiss would be better used Saturday against a controlling midfield.
Can't think of any reason why Saturday's game is more important than tonight. Although it would become a bit more important if Fulham win tonight and we lose. We should play our strongest team tonight and go into Saturday's game with three points more in the locker. Nuno and the players will always believe the next game is the most important. As soon as you put more focus on the game after next then you open the door to a below par performance
What's your strongest team then?
Saturdays game isn't more important but Fulham are certainly better than Norwich and you would think you would like your best team out against them and losing neves for example tonight could impact Saturday massively given how Fulham play.
That said, three points tonight would bring us within about three wins and a couple of draws of promotion.
Burgoyne has signed a new contract for 2.5 years
I didn't say that Saturday's game is more important. All I said was that the game against Fulham is a very big game.
I've named a team that may start, while all those who have made remarks, sit on the fence.
Three points tonight will certainly ease the pressure, that's for sure.

If Nuno’s any sense he’d go with this line up tonight

HMHW - fiddy- Boly - halfbrain - 50/50
——-Costa - Neves - halfman - Jota—
—————-Cav ————-
Thoughts ?
I can't make the situation with Burgoyne out. He last played for the U23's back in January. Flatt then took over and Beasley was in goal for our 1-6 thumping from Villa. Will he get ahead of Norris who has been the sub for all 32 league games and played in all our cup games?
With all due respect Sir Halfy...You need help mate.

Norris is the clear number two and it wouldn't be a surprise if he were to be number one soon enough and Ruddy only has a year left come summer.
3rd choice is between jack Ruddy and Burgoyne right now with not a lot in it I doubt though Burgoyne has more experience.
And of course we have Ikeme
I doubt very much if Ikeme will ever play again and I watched Jack Ruddy against Rangers.
I think if we do go up, it wouldn't surprise me if we went and bought a top class 'keeper. So, I'm not sure where Burgoyne fits in tbh.
How's this for an away-end support?

True enough, all of the games are important so concentrate on them one at a time I say
Saying that we need 29 points from 14 games to GUARANTEE promotion, it's still a big ask but not impossible

I don't see Nuno making changes with an eye on Saturday personally though he may keep in N'diaye so as to have Saiss for Saturday.
101 points
Not sure we will get that but possibly, thankfully we won't need anywhere near that as two others won't break 85 points
on our way - cmon me babbies
Unchanged, same 18 as most expected
Evening chaps, lets tear these Narch lads a new one.COMB
Greetings from the Cymru motherland. The score that matters this evening will be a miserly 1-0 to the Champions elect. Bonatini will score.
Be good to see him get one, long overdue. Will be interesting to see if he gets on ahead of Afobe today as well.
Got a feeling he will get on first Cinci, it might depend upon the state of the game at the time. Don't care too much who scores as long as we get at least one more than them.
Yeah, kind of assume Bonatini wasn't 100% the other day
Aren't we going to have a pointless "guess the team" episode tonight, or are we waiting to hear what is actually picked?
