Typical Arsenal really. Mustafi has to be sold for that error alone. Unacceptable at this level. Xhaka is awful as well. Once City get going in the second half, it's going to be a disaster. I don't expect Arsenal to improve much.

The only positive to take from that 45 mins is City have been well below their standards

Looks like Auba is just a taller Lacazette.
Can't function without service.

Why did we allow Theo, Sanchez and Giroud to go in the same window ? We could do with Giroud today .No one out wide to give us width. Why have we got those two losers Iwobi and Welbeck on the bench? Would rather have Eddie and Nelson. When are we going to get a decent defensive coach in?

Not sure that VAR is automatically challenged. Someone has to actually do that. Seems like a yard offside to me.

that is where Arsenal really need to invest heavily. We cant cross, cant pass or going one against one outwide. That means we dont put pressure on any defense. That is our main problem for a long time now. Look at Liverpool and Spurs.....Both can pressure defenses to make mistakes. We need our CF to be 100% clinical on that occasion because otherwise he wont see the ball much

Have we ever had a worse bench for attacking options ?

I said that at first but someone said you cant be offside from a goal kick. I looked it up and they were right, it cant be offside from a goal kick.
