Juventus were not brilliant 1st leg, but then I suppose if they had seen us at Palace last week, they may have thought we were pretty ordinary, when we nicked a winner late on. Going to be an epic night on Wednesday.
Thought Aurier looked better today.

Yeh he had a decent match. Sanchez played well also.
It must have been a terrible game for a neutral . Hudders played 11 behind the ball for 80 mins when they pushed a few players into our half. Guess the result and score suited BOTH teams, we got 3 oints, thye ket the score down, JOB DONE

First half they did gets lots behind the ball, but they did stick at it for the whole match, and certainly put in a lot of effort, and came forward a bit second half without really threatening, but they kept running, and that is all you can ask from a team.
Pity though Spurs could not be a bit more ruthless in the final third, goal difference is very, very close between the top sides, and that is what final positioning may come down to.
Good man. I will treat him to a Wetherspoons Special

Son MUST play on Wednesday as he likes Wembley and a 1-0 win over Lazio is hardly convincing. Missed the second half today as I had to go out but I saw the highlights and how didn't e have a penalty? Should have been 3-0. I'm not blaming Harry for the near miss because that was a good save by their keeper.
So to the business end on Wednesday and I'm certain we'll qualify.
Still not convinced with Sanchez and Aurier. Both have so much potential but look liable on the ball which isn’t good for a team that plays out from defence
Both are new to this league and will get better

Lazio were 3rd going into that match and are one of the favourites for the Europa, a 1-0 win against them is definitely convincing and more worryingly Dybala back and scoring

Easy professional win. Shame though as thought we could’ve racked up 4 or 5 but poch killed the game imo when we went 2-0.
Some reason moved son over to the right and it nullified him then bought Lamela on who let’s say wasn’t the best.

The stick we have got for "diving" in the last few weeks has been nonsense, these knoobs who have accused us of that want to see the absolute stone wall penalty Son didn't get today, it was a rugby tackle.
Also I've just watched the Swansea highlights, Jordan Ayew feinted in his run up to the penalty today - they let it stand and didn't book him.

Son should always be (& have been) 1 of the first names on the team sheet. Why Poch has his love-in for other players (you know who I mean) I've no idea.
If Son hadn't been overlooked in the 2015-2016 season for teacher's pet ..we would have walked that league.
Son is unbelievable. So under rated.
Can't believe Son was subbed when on a hat trick, Poch was doing that to Kane earlier in the season as well, just odd.
The FA cup subs mid week were a bit mental as well, 5-1 up and we bring on Alli and Dembele, I thought we were resting them?
Lamela was very good at pressing high up the pitch away at Juve and I'd like to see him play on Wednesday. Son is in great form at Wembley though so it's not an easy one.
Great to see Jan looking comfortable today, he really is a class act. Kane is saving all his goals for midweek

We need more than just pressing from our forward players.
Eriksen was quality. Everyone else did good. Son wasn’t that great other than his goals. Brilliant player though, just frustrating. Lamela was good when he came one but I would have subbed him on for Dele when he took Son off when on a hat trick and he probably won’t start home Wednesday either. Ideally Dembele would have came off earlier as he looked to be struggling a bit.

Good 3 points today, 5 point lead over Chelsea and hopefully they get spanked by City while we focus on Juve
