Ancelotti is required to reset our system. He'll bring the standards closer to, well, standard and then we get the young genius we need after. We can't get another relative maverick at this time.

They have to sack him now, we've got no chance in Europa. Need to get some momentum going into next season. We cant change the whole team, need to find some confidence and they should be saying to the players this is your chance to show whoever the new manager is that they are worth being kept at the club.
