Both clubs should make top 4 now as Chelsea probably need to win 7/8 of their last 9 at a minimum to stand a chance. Really can't see them doing that.
Let's actually hope this thread stays civil but I give it about 5 comments
We still have to go to Chelsea, those games will devise what happens. We never get a result there so im not confident of a top 4 finish yet.

Even better for Liverpool as you go back down to 4th
Oh, and Salah > Kane. Boom.

Let's leave the Spurs -Pool rivalry out of this article and take the opportunity to LAA and LAC ππ»
Chelsea played like some lower league underdog who were just happy to be there.
We just need to keep on going, no complacency or let up.

Yes - massive game that one. Would take the draw now

Seven point cushion with nine games to play. No way on earth I’d have thought that would be the case. With four extremely winnable home games left, it would take a monumental collapse not to get top four.

It's pretty fortunate we don't play Chelsea til game 37. Means we only have to match Chelsea's results now for the next 7 games and we'll have guaranteed top 4 before we even go to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have 4 of their next 5 games at home, also still to play us both at home. Long way to go in this top four chase yet.
Chelsea have to play both off us as well.

Only city have dropped less points than us against teams outside the top 6
If you go by JA alone Spurs/Liverpool is the biggest rivalry in football, I like a good wum but it is a little bit weird.
Anyway both teams should go on from here and qualify for CL and one of Salah will win the golden boot. Let's just enjoy

Yes, we do, as they generally win them.
For the second season running I’m sitting here wondering how that team actually won the league last season. Happened with Leicester the year before and now Chelsea, the title win was built on being able to play the same 11 every week, no Europe and sitting back playing on the break.. found out big time this season.
Don’t bite on wum comments.
If we beat/draw with Chelsea we pretty much guarantee top 4 for Liverpool assuming they do there job.
Hopefully they’ll do the same for us at end of the season.
Hopefully a palace result to keep united in the mix with us
