A lot of Arsenal supporters think they’re entitled to the league because they used to have a great team.

===

No they don't.

But he's not failed, just a lull in operations, three trophies in five years is hardly a failure.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Depends what the objectives are.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yo tell me. When you have the rich clubs like Man Utd, city and Chelsea then you have the likes of spurs and pool to compete with. A lot has changed since 2004. If you really think about only Utd, city, Chelsea and Arsenal have won trophies in the last decade or so.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Has there been any progress over the last x amount of seasons since Wenger did start spending? The cups have papered over some cracks but week in and week out, you know that arsenal aren't going to do it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What have spurs or pool achieved in the last x years. My point is arsenal are a big club because of Arsene. If poch was win a title or 2 then leave the legacy would have started with poch
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Stop. You're being a massive weapon.

Hopefully that post nearly man or whatever sees it too, after he removes his tongue from your fart box.

well done comparing a manager who has been at Utd less than 2 years to someone whose been at the club for 20 years. One manager has revolutionise a club while the other hasn’t done anything spectacular.

Not the brightest are you? Figure out what I was saying, then get back to me.

Hint: it was nothing to do with your manager.

Yep, other managers have failed and lost their jobs. He "fails" and keeps his job. There in lies the issue.

Fergie pitties Wenger. He’d have never have been this friendly with him had Arsene still been a threat to him in the league. Once he was no longer a threat the volatile relationship the two had died. Jose is the only manager Fergie was friends with when both at the top.

I think he was also pretty friendly with Rafa until the little chubster had his rant.

You’d think Arsenal were some two bob club like West Ham before Wenger, the way the op talks about them.

Can’t see how Wengers treated much differently than Rooney was by a lot of reds towards the end tbh.

Everyone can’t win the league every year.

A lot of United supporters think they’re entitled to the league because they used to have a great team.

A lot of Arsenal supporters think they’re entitled to the league because they used to have a great team.

Chelsea supporters are starting to feel entitled and are getting disgruntled.

City supporters can’t believe their luck.

Liverpool supporters believe they’re entitled to the league next year. Every year.

Everyone just needs to chill out.

the truth.
It's sheer dedication that keeps a man like Wenger going year after year. he could have left and inherited a top club like PSG in France and grabbed a stack of trophies, but I reckon for him it has to be Arsenal.
