Tbh I think his buyout clause will be much higher. Rangers clearly relapse his value will significantly increase of he gets capped. Colombian internationals go for a fair old whack
So tying him down long term will put us in a strong position should anyone come looking to buy
I would expect his buyout clause will be in the region of £30m.
We don’t need to sell. We’ve no intention of selling. But if someone is willing to pay then that’s what they’ll have or pay
I'd move on quite a few. Lee Hodson, Niko Kranjcar, Andy Halliday, Dalcio, Joe Dodoo, and Michael O'Halloran for sure. All of them either aren't good enough.
Kenny Miller I'd encourage to go into coaching full time. Bruno Alves I'd want to move on and get a younger cheaper replacement. Russell Martin I'd not be much bothered about. But if no better cheaper replacements I'd go with them for another year or until January.
Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera I'd also let go but think think they might be difficult to get permanently gone but you never know. Fabio Cardoso doesn't seem fancied by Murty so I'd let him go if offers were in.
If Rangers did just keep Cummings, Murphy and Goss whilst moving some of the spare part players on I'd be quite happy.
March...I'm sure that tbbab will be along shortly to join me in telling you that the additional aitches make you look like a bigoted fud.
Maybe not.
£30m ☺ I'll have whatever esc is having.
march-his name is Morelos.
Buyout clause?
That's Spain you are thinking of

Like you have any...
30 mil is a bit much lol
the players you mention miller
it would be good to get that money in wages released to strengthen first team squad
goss im to bothered about as i think we have players who are out injured that can fill that position
mags think of me what you want mate you and yer pal pov : ) but the OP was not really intended for fans of other teams
i just wanted to put across some of my opinions on our club and moving forward
miller
i ment to say
i would like either Alves or Martin for next season
not both
We don't need a replacement for Niko as he's not contributing.
I'd be looking to the following out of the club
Hodson, Alves, Miller, Halliday, Kranjcar, O'Halloran, Dodoo, Martin, Herrera, Cardoso(Not that I want rid of him, he just seems unfancied) and Rossiter.
Obviously that's unlikely to happen mind.
We'd also need 2 centre halves to come in. One to start with McCrorie, one as back up.
I don't think Rangers will keep Goss but I think he'd be a great player to keep even with likes of Dorrans getting back. Need to have depth in the squad.

i would like to keep a couple from your list but if all them left i wouldn't lose any sleep
altho i would like to keep Cardoso and Alves or Martin so one additional centre-half would be needed
i read James McArthur was a free in the summer
he would be possible if most of your list left - not a CH but would be a good addition
I would keep Rossiter for sure. He's gotten over his main injury. We will get the money back on him down the line and more.
If Rossiter can get on the park and stay there he'll be an asset but I'm doubtful he can stay fit

Rossiter Dodoo and Cardoso i would keep from the perspective that they are all young and have the potential to be an asset for the club moving forward

Unfortunately for him, he’s found half a dozen new ones...
The guy is a myth.
Nah Rossiter is made out of paper. Can't rely on him.
He'll go and find his level at Tranmere or somewhere.
im not sure what was up with Rossiter
i heard it was a growing problem in his lower back
my wife's friends lad came through our youth setup and played for us in a few games a couple of seasons ago and had the same problem but in his thigh bones
i think he's at Dunfermline now and starting to knuckle down in training and lifestyle- good luck to him
Rossiter is still young and has looked very composed in playing and speaking and defo worth another season-long chance
do you think a 3 at the back would suit the squad we have
Fod
Cardoso Alves McCrorie
Tav Docherty Dorrans Muphy John
Cummings
Morelos
Better sign a manager before any of that.

No. Wouldn't suit the guys you're picking, got Murphy out of position straight away. Also seems bit strange to put Cummings in the position that Windass has been doing really well in.
Rangers squad to me seems suited to 4-4-2, 4-5-1 (4-2-3-1 to be specific) or 4-3-3.
The Candeias and Tavernier partnership on the right is perhaps the strongest area of the team. And leaving Tavernier to cover the whole right side is just asking for the same problems he had last season when he was asked to do more than he can.
I said.
Better get a manager signed before those details.
