There are over 120 different metrics that modern AI has used to develop crazily accurate facial recognition. I'm pleased we didn't facilitate pictures on ja606. Folk could then link pointy to his chaturbate channel.

Not on Facebook, and barely use Twitter either (just to follow a few people who are of interest work-wise ... Trump being one, because every time the cant tweets he moves the markets!). Might have to join Facebook to get access to a couple of groups for work purposes, but can't see me ever being interested in putting my own personal stuff on it.

What amazes me is Facebook users being up in arms about these latest revelations. How the feck do they think Facebook got to an estimated current valuation of around the $500 billion mark, for a service which is essentially FREE to joe public?!! Eh, by selling your details, preferences etc. to advertisers ... it ain't rocket science.

I don't sell personal details or stuff like that on Ja. Makes my skin crawl that nonsense. But we did introduce ads after a few years so members are definitely not consumers of a ja product.

Facebook like buttons and twitter retweet buttons are iframes that allow Facebook and twitter to know what sites you visit if they support those buttons. So Facebook remember me, and a visit to ja606 and Facebook knows you visit ja606

I saw a reportage on a guy who has invented photo-recognition to ascertain homosexuality.
He claims it's right for men about 90% and for women about 67%.
As I was watching and listening the only thing I could think this could be used for did not bode well for that community.

Yeah I read a similar article about 6 months ago. The debate was on whether the research was ethical.

Can one buy the app?

The fallacy about AI is that it is the domain of really clever programmers, the reality is the value is in the training data. The algorithms exist its how they are applied. I use them to pick losing football teams for my coupon

My wife has always been crazy about shredding everything that comes into the house with our name and address, or any personal info on it, I cant be bothered with all the time it takes.

We have 3 dogs in the house, so I just put all the junk mial into a carrier bag, then collect all the dog crap from the garden and give it a good shake up.

If they want to dig through it then they're more than welcome

Without me even telling it my iPhone knows where I work just by monitoring my position.

Even our government isnt allowed to invade my privacy like that.
