We were clinging on to the season before this, though I suppose the semi final will drag it on s bit longer.
Worst in game manager and big game manager we’ve had in the pl era. Can’t wait for him to go. Ruined all our records and cup pedigree in 2 seasons.
Rather just put Stamford The Lion in charge for the last 8 games

And we probably will be better off. This man has been toxifying the players all season long.
Hopefully he facks off or is fired before the next match
My old man said at the ground before kick off, it’s filtered down from conte to the players and the fans. Coming to games has been a chore all season. It really has been hard work.
Not so sure, Roman has never been shy of sacking managers before, even favourites. None of us know what goes on behind the scenes, remember when everyone was blaming Emanalo?
We would prob get to the fa Cup final but meeting tottenham or man u will be painful if we play like this. Although we will probably falter against one of the worst teams in the league in the semis.
That's it guys season's done.

Still time to mess up in the FA cup.
Not surprised at all CFC lost today tbh, it was expected. Our form since the turn of the year has abysmal. Would have not made top 4 even if we won today. Disappointed we lost the record, but it had come to an end one day, so today was the day, move on to the next season.
Just give Conte the P45 and the £9m compensation he is looking for, and let’s move on and prepare for the next season.
COSTA COSTA COSTA COSTA!
What a price to pay for moral high ground.
Conte will be easily forgotten, just a footnote left behind about how to best shoot yourself in the gut.

Costa was a lent. Tried to leave 3 times. Don’t let your anger agst Conte rewrite history
Forget about Costa Tway. He wanted to leave the season after we won the league with Jose. He found it hard to settle in England.

Sorry but Costa was a cancer in the club - needed cutting out as soon as!
I was agst it all the time but now wish we bought Lukaku instead of Morata
If Conte had been better at man management Costa could have remained a season or two more. There was no doubt his (Conte's ) arrogant attitude escalated that situation. As for Costa 'wanting to leave" all media reports...no evidence..please do not believe what you read in the daily mail etc.... having said that theres no proof that Costa would have made the difference either except he was one of our very rare 20 goals a season striker... And those one has to keep hold of...a little longer anyway...
He would have made the difference this season I think.
He gave interview after after interview stating that he hates it in England. Don’t know know what more proof you need Tway
I think you're deluding yourself Tway as to Costa's loyalty to Chelsea. He was pining for his beloved Atleti all the time and wearing their shirt whilst he was a Chelsea.
On the pitch he was more interested in his own personal vandetta's than playing football - I was glad to see the back of him!
Costa started on fire in the first part of the season and fade away in the 2nd. Still managed 20 odd goals every season. Morata on 11 goals so far.

Funny you should say that but I read a few about how he was fine in LONDON and his wife enjoyed the shopping etc....
Clearly the media was putting a strong spin on him wanting to leave but its the mixed messages that has me wondering what the truth was... One thing is sure is that only his family friends and agent would know the actuality....He would have mixed feelings himself..., my point being if Conte knew how to play Costa , mollify him a little he could have been persuaded. Talk of him as "cancer" all pure speculation...not better or worse than my opinions on other side of discussion...
mollify him a little!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any player that needs 'mollifying' is not worth his salt!
That comment sums up Costa in a nutshell. No time for players with £200k going into their bank accounts every 7 days that need special treatment to get them to motivated.

That may be so, and i'm happy you are happy, Brummie, I'd rather keep the traitorous brute close at hand scoring when its needed to score. Not this current feeling of impotence caused by departure of said dastardly cad. Just another point of view... I suppose I don't mind as much as you as to who helps us win the important games....
Tway there is no point flogging a dead horse mate.
