The problem is that if you sack him you then get another new manager who will spend big win a few trophies then if he has a poor season get sacked.

The problem, IMO, is not the amount of money we're spending or Roman but whoever is responsible for the players we're spending the money on!

Last two times we gave managers the authority to fire players we lost Mata, we brunye, Costa, lukaku, matic, salah.......

Maybe Roman wants the fans turn on Conte and then sack him..

Reduce the capacity of his job. Undermine him by bringing in another head coach.
He's not a manager and I doubt in his contract it says we can't bring in another head coach.
