Nope. You're deflecting.
Why did you respond with those two points, labelled mild criticism?
I didn't call it mild criticism, did I?
You can't admit you're wrong, can you? Yes, you can be sure I won't let this go.
You're wrong and I will keep showing you up until you admit it.

Who do you think my original comment was aimed at? Those mildly criticising or those showing outrage?
“You can't admit you're wrong, can you? Yes, you can be sure I won't let this go.
You're wrong and I will keep showing you up until you admit it.”
Funny thing is you don’t see how sad those two sentences make you look.

I don't care about your original comment.
I said I'd seen mostly mild criticism and some outrage.
Why did you reply with two examples of outrage? What point were you trying to make?
You can call me sad, of course. You're the guy who says he has better things to do but is still here.
I'll enjoy continuing to show you up and I'm no embarrassed to say it. Great fun.

Look at the comments on this thread alone. What would you say the majority have been? Outrage or ‘mild criticism’
The point I was originally making was that I don’t get this tendency for people to be up in arms, angry and outraged. Apart from the fact that it’s petty point scoring from tribal football fans. It’s pretty transparent and pathetic no?
It’s safe to say we can all point to a minority of our fan base, whichever club we support, who act like knobheads and don’t represent our club and the vast majority of supporters. Why should I apologise for the idiots last night to someone on a football forum?
This seems to have passed you by Winston. Thought I’m not surprised.
FieldsofAnnieRd (U18971)
Why can't you answer the question?
Why did you respond to my point with two examples, labelled as mild criticism, when I hadn't called those comments mild criticism?
You are avoiding the question because you made a mistake and you don't have the balls to admit it.

You said you’d some some ‘mild criticism but not a lot of outrage’
What would you say the majority of comments on this thread have been? I gave you examples.
The majority on here have been outrage. Unless you class demanding an apology, saying we should be banned from the CL or blaming England not hosting a WC or the Euro’s on things like last night as ‘mild criticism’
FieldsofAnnieRd (U18971)
Why did I need examples when I'd accepted there has been some outrage?
Why label examples of something we both agree is outrage, as mild criticism?
If you feel my comment was wrong then say so. Don't reply with examples of something I didn't say.
Admit your mistake. You're all over the place trying to avoid it.
Winston
You obviously have trouble comprehending words if you think the majority of comments/articles have been ‘mild criticism’. The vast majority have been outrage. This article alone is a perfect example. You seem to think there’s been ‘not a lot’ on the outrage front
Give us some examples of this ‘mild criticism’ you’re on about? You seem to think that’s the majority so it shouldn’t be too hard.

My reply was exactly the same point I’m making now. I disagreed with you saying there had only been ‘some outrage’ in the aftermath and passing off the majority as ‘mild criticism’. Have a re-read of the OP for one of many examples on this thread alone.
Why not give us examples? It shouldn’t be too hard.
Do you agree the outrage shown is petty point scoring?
