You get to have 2 academies. Now Martinelli has signed with Arsenal irl before the age of 20 he can go into the HG part of the academy. If he was playing for a club outside of England then he'd have to go into the Foreign academy like you have classed under Bournemouth Youth.
Just look at everyone's team page nearly everyone had 2 academies! You can put 5 players in each one.
I wouldn't do Martinelli + 150m for Paqueta. I really like the look of Martinelli and he will get the extra EPL exposure at Arsenal and has the added bonus of being HG.
