Why is Pablo outwide to accommodate 2 strikers when they are so ineffective? Why is Saiz on the bench? Why does Alioski get so many chances but Sacko is on the bench?

Bizarre formation and tactics. Surely against this team we need some pace on the counter - so Sacko instead of Alioski cutting inside. Surely with the talent they have, we shouldn't ask our best player to play left wing in a 442. So many players out of position to such little effect.

Credit where credit's due the new youngsters are giving a good account of themselves. Pennington is awful, Dallas out of position and it shows, Hernandez is having a mare, Phillips yet to take to the field, Viera and Alioski going absent too often, Roofe too and Ekuban? He must be Pele in training.....

Just getting that final ball through LIW, they play like a team of strangers.............

I saw little to be happy about in that half. BPF showing he's pretty good and switched-on and youngsters doing the basics well.

Dallas ok, but rest are poor or not involved
