and the disappointment when it didn't work
Just found Tapper and Frogger so simple yet so much fun
California games was a good one plus the untouchables.
Amstrad CPC464 with a green monitor..... used to wait 10 minutes for a game to load only to discover you hadnt fully re-wound it

Manic Miner
The problem was there were 20 levels and you could get to level 17 say and die and you had to start back at the beginning of level 1.
This meant you repeated earlier levels over and over and over and over........ad infinitum.
I could get to level 5 with my eyes closed just by listening to the music i'd done them so often...
Loved it though and was well happy when I completed it.
Jet set willy was awesome.
Entire Dizzy egg series especially fantasy world
Everyone's a Wally was a great game too had a great tune too

It's like a family get together on here unfortunately it's the Fritzl family
Oh Aberdeen and Celtic thread is it?
What a turbocunt
Way of the Exploding Fist and Outrun were great games for the Spectrum. I only had the 48k unfortunately so which couldn’t handle full colour on some games. I remember playing Outrun and the whole thing was in green
imagine the kids these days playing them , wtf is this!
I had a ZX spectrum I take it that's what it is.. i upgraded to a spectrum 128!!! still needed the take recorder though.. happy days of spy v spy and attic attack!
I watched Way of the Exploding Fist once.
Got kinda messy.
Tracksuit Manager on the C64 was decent back in the day. my tape recorder used to stop winding so had to balance a big feck off book on it to apply enough pressure. the good ole days
Daley Thompson's Decathlon, am sure every Rangers fan played that
I had an Amstrad 6128
Games included:
Roland in Time
Dizzy the Egg
Paperboy
I had a tape deck attached so that I could play tape games on it. A bit of code work then press play. Listen to the high squeal of the tape player for 20 minutes then hope that the game loaded correctly
