Time for a full blown Sunday roast followed by a few bottles of Brandy that might knock me out.
I'm going to be out this pm so will have to look in via iphone.
For us it's a very disappointing end to a season that at the start held the prospect of real progress under Mark Warburton. However by the time of Bristol City away, the only live Forest game I've seen this season, it was obvious that something in that team wasn't quite right. They just strolled around in the sunshine until suddenly we're 2-0 down.
Karanka has ruthlessly stamped his authority into what is now partly his players, 10 brought in and 4/5 just either sold or loaned out.
If any Forest player doesn't put a shift in this lunchtime they will be on transfer list come June.
Commiserations Benny if indeed you do go down today, but it's points accrued over the season that seals a club fate.
Alnwick Little Beevers Vela Ameobi Robinson Will Brown Pratley Morais Henry Wheater
Subs
Howard Taylor Karacan Alf Buckley Noone Burke
cant believe will brown is starting....or is Wheater playing up front
Is Ken ill what happened to the promises ? oh I know its like the promises to the taxman isn't it.
In our hour of need will brown to save us.
there's a catch
Altogether now …..We've got willie willie brown on the wing on the wing
think pasty is on a wind up posting that team sheet
Looking at that line up it's will brown on his own with a 3 behind him. Alf has looked very lost lately. Same sort of team put out earlier this season with madine.
so where's the attacking part in the team that ken mentioned last week
the fans will do more attacking of each other just like when the ginger thing was near the end
Forest: Kapino; Darikwa, Hobbs, Fox, Osborn; Watson, Bridcutt, Colback; Lolley, Brereton, Tomlin. Subs: Smith, Lichaj, Mancienne, Guedioura, Cash, Bouchalakis, Vellios.
Watson DCM with colback and bridcutt as comabative box2box’ers 👍 been wanting to see how that fairs for awhile. Think it might just be the system that gives us that enough of everything in the middle, including a decent base for attack
Hobbs in the side as almost a surprise, definitely his last game in the short unless he breaks some kind of scoring record
I’ll take a boring 3-2 to forest
lets face it.. Forest wont need much to beat that line up parky has put out
Forest have a fantastic charitable record of donations to those that need it.
Don’t write off a freebie, even if Forest seem to be somewhat bucking the trend of late.
if Forest try to give us a freebie they'd think there was a catch and throw it back
all I can hope is will brown is in position for the crosses from postman, ameobi and vela, and the hoof balls from defence
there are those that need it and those that are lost causes
there's more chance of the washing machine scoring 15 for Cardiff today
who is having 50p on the washing machine coming on as Super Sud for Cardiff scoring their winner
Forest always lose to teams struggling for points so don't write off survival yet.
I would be more confident playing against Fulham or Cardiff then a team struggling for their lives.
Even when we were fighting for the playoffs we couldn't beat teams like scunthorpe or Yeovil
Hobbs last game seems a shame. Probably the best defender on his day but he is just always injured.
Hopefully a pay as you play deal is offered.
queues at the ticket office
are they trying to get their money back after the team was announced
Will Brown, we’re down,at least with Le Fondre or Connor Hall we would have had a chance.
Can’t make the game today, so was expecting SKY to cover at least 2 of the games of interest, but NO it’s only the championship so we get the same match on 2 different channels, don’t really know why I pay their extortionate prices, if it were the premier they’d cover at least 2 if not 3 games live. As for today I would be most happy if the Brummies bit the dust, but doubt it will happen.
