Im just amazed how much thought went into writing this as a believable tv show. Pretty much all the characters are fleshed out and interesting

I just saw your thread and flew straight to IMDb to see who was in it. I told my fellow KK-loving best mate about it and he watched the first couple of episodes straight away - loved it.

Going to make some time for it this weekend I think....provided I'm not at the bottom of a relegation-induced bottle

This is a good show, well worth a watch and surprisingly more adult themed than I was expecting as the Karate Kid movies were definitely just for kids.

Watched the first 3 episodes last night. Really quite enjoyable. Quite liked how the practically flipped Danny and Johnnys characters from the movie. Johnny stepping in to help the bullied teenager and take him under his wing, with Danny the golden boy big shot.

Like how they've developed both characters. So far so good

Does it mention that in the original KK film, the crane kick he used to win was illegal, as blows to the head weren't allowed?
