It seems pretty obvious the Players have been given feee reign in these last couple of days and Puel is just a bystander.
Nothing in these two games have resembled anything of Ouwl’s style of Football.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So as you were praising the players for ignoring Puel when we were 3-1 up, presumably the defensive capitulation since is also down to the players as well? Or are we back to blaming Puel now that we're losing?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The defensive capitulation today is absolute down to the players. The pathetic and appalling sideways slow tempo football served up since January is down to the manager.
Why can’t we get any balance? A bit like when Puel first arrived. It’s either absolutely turgid football where we can’t create a single chance or hell for leather Kevin Keegan.....?!
Should be first up on motd at least
you so nasty "My Beloved Frenchman" we finish in the second highest position in the premiership apart for winning it with an ageing squad thirteen points off the relegation places.

How is that nasty?! He’s French and you love the guy for some reason. Anyway, I sense the reason you’re particularly argumentative today is because you know this is Puels last game and you’re hacked off about it.
Bye Bye Claude Any chance you can take Nev with you to France?
If we start next season with Sinpson, Morgan and Fuchs in defence, we'll have had a bad summer.

Great match, good performance but my god does that defence need sorting out for next season.

Of course that’s down to the Players but another great game of Football despite Puel’s attempts at sabotage, Choudhury as left back
Some absolutely woeful defending in there but some of the football was a joy to watch. Unlucky not to get a point in the end.
Does anyone know what the points total was for last season?
Played 2, won 1, lost 1, 6 for, 6 against, I'm content with that.

Don’t forget the exciting Football as well, these players know how to manage themselves don’t they.

What another trophyless season for Spurs??
Very unlucky, didn’t deserve to lose and on another day with Gray not starting and Choudrary having to fill in at full back (atrociously bless him) I don’t think we would have.
However, they gave it there all and it was nice to see the old Leicester in terms of attacking and 442.
Interesting stat of sorts - whilst playing the fast direct football we have become so successful with, we haven’t lost a game since March 2015 against any team outside of the ‘top six’.
Moving forward, hopefully we can see that building on this (in particular in defence!) and not abandoning this can reap even more success. Onwards and upwards
We did lose to Everton last Season under Shakey, don’t want Nev pulling you up on that one.
Embarassing defending from both sides. Kane and Iheanacho both with great finishes. Some bizarre ref decisions both ways, and a couple of great saves.
It was atleast entertaining today
