It was probably before or after that.

It's likely Gerrard doesn't have full control over the signings

It certainly seems that way , I dare say that after Allan's signings have been made rangers will go out and try get a few of Gerrard's signings

We have a DOF who would be sorting out t&c’s with signing targets

All Gerrard would have done was to identify who he wanted OR to give the thumbs up to anyone else rangers may have been speaking to

It’s really not a hard concept to understand ya fookin dafty 😂

I will try and put it into a way you may understand shall I 😀

A main contractor is pricing for a contract and gets quotes from the subs. He doesn’t sign up with the subs but he agrees all the terms and conditions including price

He then submits his own price and the sub knows that if the main contractor is successful he will get the sub works

If the main contractor is not successful then there is no deal with the sub

It is all rather common out there in the real world 😂
