I think that’s a perfectly reasonable stance Trueblufox, and part of me is interested to see how Puel would do after a summer transfer window to bring in his players.

My big concern though is what I saw in the second half of the season is a lot of evidence that it could be very unsuccessful.

I obviously hope you’re right and I’m wrong!

I reckon that a lot of the issues we've seen have been from not enough of our current crop of players having the skill to play a possession based game.

I'm hoping that once Claude has had a proper summer recruitment (Pereira looks a good start on the face of it) and a decent preseason, we'll be able to play much better in the style he wants. As such, there wasn't much point in chopping and changing systems for the last few months, we were safe so he might as well get the team starting to play his way.

We had better show improvement though in the first part of next season, or the knives will rapidly be out again.

Miami - that's a bit harsh. From what I've seen Blackstarr is a concerned supporter and is surely entitled to express his concerns on this platform.. Disagree with him if you like but comments such as yours don't help. We all, surely, want our team to do well - don't we?

Thanks gally. What’s been said on here by Miami and TB Fox is massively unfair. I have strong opinions and yes at times have been overly aggressive and a bit know it all but I’ve also listened to plenty of counter arguments and respect people like Mersey, yourself and Dunge.

Me and Foxello are on completely different pages when it comes to Puel for eg but I love his posts and thinks he articulates his points well.

Miami and TB Fox basically keep following me around on this board trying to make the same point over and again. It’s a bit weird if I’m honest

Everybody should keep on posting. I don't agree with BS, or TB, Foxello, Dunge or anybody all the time, but the variety of opinion is what keeps this forum interesting.

It would be pretty tedious if everybody had exactly the same thoughts, what you'd get would be a posting and a set of thumbs ups following!

Just remember that it's very easy to get the wrong end of the stick and fall into a posting war, misunderstandings can happen that would never take root when chatting face to face.

One of the great things about being in the community of LCFC supporters is that I find you can immediately strike up a meaningful conversation with people who you have never met before because of the common interest. We may not have exactly the same views about the club and how we should move forward, but I have yet to find anybody who doesn't want us to do well.

I whole heartedly agree Nuneaton, it's good to read other fans conflicting view on players, matches and their thoughts on tactics and managers competencies. What I don't enjoy is seeing is some fans views and opinions shot down by aggressive posts by fans claiming that they are far more informed than others and are therefore correct and anyone who disagrees with them is therefore not. I posted a comment previously about Puel and how he should maybe given time to attempt to complete his remit but BS informed me that my opinion was more or less invalid as the majority of fans knew full well that Puel would not be here next season, well, it seems that the board disagreed with BS so he obviously wasn't as well informed as he would like to think he is. I don't appreciate being told to wind my neck in "Cupcake" BS!
I spend most of my days at sea or in foreign countries so I read and watch any Leicester City articles that I can find to keep abreast of what's happening. I thoroughly enjoy the opinions and debates that spring from differing ideas on our form, tactics and where fans think we should be aiming. I enjoy the rollercoaster ride that being a Foxes fan entails and always has. My opinion is, every fans opinions are as valid as the next unless you are either actually a player with dressing room information or the manager obviously 😂.
I look forward every week to Dunge' s player ratings and Dublins input. BS has some very valid ideas and opinions an often expresses the disappointment that we all feel after a bad match (which were all too frequent last season!) It all just needs a little more respect for others and an acceptance that not everyone will always agree on every aspect of LCFC and that's what makes life so interesting. We're all fans of the same team, that's what we have in common and that's what binds us together. Let's try and keep it that way?
