Hi Admin
Do you know if the analytics update google are doing at their end (within all analytics accounts) will mean sites using analytics automatically comply?
*As in without having to add a must agree pop up for users of the site... if that makes sense

2 simple questions........
1) How were you facking us over before this?
2) What does any of it mean going forward?
Cheers
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1) We weren't... but Facebook like buttons and Tweet buttons etc weren't quite as convenient for you as it was for them.
2) We will for a short period not be making any money from the site and will be watching the evolution of Consent Management Platforms as the legislation takes hold. Then adopt a technology that is both compliant and a good fit for the site and its users.

Erasure within 30 days yes, porting isn't applicable.
Ah cool, Portability has been the pillar I'm working on for a bank, been challenging to say the least but now just interested to see how many customers axctually want to port their data.
The delivery mechanism is hilarious, data burned onto a CD
Reading between the lines, Admin1 and Admin2 have been sharing and monetising our personal data with third parties.

Not at all. However if ip addresses are classed as personal data now then there is definitely issues for the ad tech industry.
Do I need to resubmit nudes?

Sadly IP addresses are indeed considered personal data under GDPR, under the category ‘Online Identifiers.’
